Volunteer service earns you points and prizes!
Trash is polluting our waterways and our planet. The Watershed Brigade invites you to be part of the solution by doing local clean-ups and making an impact in your community. Take positive environmental action and watch your points add up on our scoreboard!
Here’s How:
- Conduct a clean-up in your neighborhood or a local beach, creek, trail, or park.
- Share your clean-up activities on Channelkeeper’s Watershed Brigade FB Group Page or complete this Google Form to earn points.
- Each month we enter all participants in a drawing to win great prizes! More cleanups = more drawing entries = greater chance of winning a prize!
The Point System:
- Conducting a clean-up…..10 points per 30 minutes
- Sharing results on our FB Group page…..10 points
- Conducting outreach to others about trash…..2 points per person
- Using the CleanSwell App (Group = SBCK) to record trash data….5 points
- Identifying a location in need of a clean-up…..5 points
